In the making – Derby Day 2017 with Brit Davis
With Melbourne’s Spring Racing Carnival all but over, we still have the fashion’s on the field to look back on for some seriously good summer fashion inspiration.
This year, ONE DAY Founder and Designer Kyha, worked with Brit Davis, Teacher, Public Figure and girlfriend to Geelong’s Joel Selwood, to create a look for Derby Day’s black and white dress code.
With a slight matador feel, this mini dress featured statement puff sleeve, open back and embroidered black lace.
The long sleeve and high neck balanced the open back and short length. The look was finished with a stunning headpiece by Murley & Co Millinery, Calvin Klein heels, Louis Vuitton clutch and the CHOSEN Near and Far pearl drop stud.
Monica Gingold created a statement eye for Brit’s makeup and a soft pony by UVA finished this edgy race day look.
Take a look at some behind the scenes photo’s from Brit’s last fitting at the ONE DAY boutique.
