This website is operated by One Day Bridal PTY LTD (ABN 6015955678). All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully. By using onedaybridal.com.au or loveoneday.com (“this Website”), you agree to be bound by the terms of use outlined below and also to the provisions of our Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of ONE DAY BRIDAL.

By using this Website, you consent to the processing of information as described in our Privacy Policy and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

Order Acceptance

Your electronic receipt of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ONE DAY BRIDAL reserves the right to decline your order for any reason after the order receipt has been sent. ONE DAY BRIDAL will be in contact with the details you have provided if your order is unable to be filled.

Payment & Ordering

We offer the following payment options: Visa and MasterCard and PayPal. Payment will be debited upon completion of order through our secure payment gateway, eWay.

All payments must be received in full prior to dispatch. If your payment is not received or if your payment is declined by your bank or by your credit card issuer, we cannot guarantee that we will hold the product for you despite the placement of your order.

Prices of Products

Prices are current at time of display but are subject to change without notice.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note the following conditions, item(s) must be returned:

  • Within 30 days of purchase;
  • Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
  • In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

For all GOWN sales please note:

  • Items must be in original condition free of makeup, marks and stains, and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
  • Any tags must remain in place.
  • We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you can exchange items within our specified timeframe.
    Please try on the gown after a shower to avoid contact with moisturiser, deodorant or makeup.
  • Additionally, please try on your gown on clean, carpeted or tiled flooring.
  • All items will undergo further quality control upon return. Exchanges are only available after the items have passed quality control. If for any reason your item does not pass QC, Customer Service will contact you with your options.
  • In the event of a manufacturing fault, return postage will be paid by ONE DAY BRIDAL. However, in the event of a change of mind, you will be liable for any additional postage to return your item and the purchase of the new.
