The only problem is you are too time poor or too far away from a flagship studio or stockist to experience KYHA and Chosen by KYHA collections firsthand.

Here's the good news. KYHA Studios offers an exclusive gown concierge service which provides you the opportunity to try a selection of gowns in the comfort of your own home before you buy.

How does it work? All we need to know is the gowns you would like to try, where you are located, and your wedding date. We'll take care of the rest.

Once we have confirmed these details, we will organise your selection of gowns in your closest sample size to be shipped directly to your door. Included in your package are all the tools you will need to help achieve the right fit.

When your gown concierge package arrives, our online stylist will lead you through the try-on process via a virtual appointment at a time most convenient to you. You will try the gowns on, then we talk through fit, styling, timelines and any other questions you may have. At the end, we aim to have you standing in the gown of your dreams.

At the end of this process, gowns are returned the day after your appointment, with a return label included in the package for your convenience. Our online stylist, who will be there for support until your wedding, will reach out in the days after your appointment with either your invoice or quote.

The fee to book your concierge service is $90 per gown, which includes shipping and your virtual appointment. If you decide to proceed, this fee is then redeemable against the cost of your gown.

We require a $200 holding deposit for this service, which is refunded upon return of your gowns.
